Meetings for 2011/2012
General Membership Meetings: 8:00 pm
- Refer to the red markers
 on the home page calendar.
- Normally held on the 2nd or 3rd Monday of each month except when a school holiday falls on that Monday.
- Normally held in the cafeteria, and on occasions in the auditorium.
- Your participation is encouraged and always welcome!
- Family memberships are $10.00
Executive Board Meetings: 6:30 pm (unless otherwise noted by the SMUPA President)
- Held on the 3rd Monday of each month (see exceptions noted above), prior to the General Membership meeting.
- Executive Board members are elected each year from the general membership. You must be a paid member in order to run for the Executive Board.
Meeting Date Exceptions
- October - held the week before Music in Motion.
- December - No meeting.
- February - Coordinated with school musical.
Chaperones for football games and festivals
- Are chosen at the August Executive Board Meeting from the Executive Board members.
